WHAT TO DO FOR FUN
Southern Utah has a wide variety of activities for every kind of adventurer. Within and around the park itself you'll find guided tours, hiking, rock climbing mountain biking river rafting, jeep tours, canyoneering, horseback riding, helicopter rides, shopping, dining, and more. In the surrounding area, there are many recreational areas including Sand Hollow State Park, Quail Lake, Red Cliffs, Brian Head, and several mountain reservoirs. These areas contain lakes, sand dunes, hiking and biking trails, camping, skiing, and ATV trails.

Zions Tiny Oasis itself is nestled on the west side of Zion Park near North Creek, and many mountain biking trails are to be found just to the south. Just up the road are a few free hikes that lead to beautiful caves and ancient petroglyphs. Also nearby are the trailheads for the famous Subway and West Rim hikes. ATV/UTV TOURS
One of the most thrilling and adventurous activities in the area is taking a guided tour on a side-by-side utv. Whether the trail is in the backroads of Zion or the Hurricane Sand Dunes, you cant go wrong. LAKE ADVENTURE TOURS

HELICOPTER RIDES
One of our favorite activities in Zion and certainly one of the most breathtaking is to take a tour in a helicopter to see the beauty and grandeur of the park from above. It is truly a once in a lifetime experience, and we highly recommend it. It is however, a bit more expensive, but if you have the budget, its a must see. Below is our preferred, and currently the only company that offers this tour.
